On the 6th of May a group of Brethren from North Wales together with their wives and partners attended at ‘The Mawddach Trail’ in Dolgellau to complete a nine and a half mile Sponsored Walk from Dolgellau to Barmouth

This walk was held to coincide with a similar walk undertaken in London by members of other Mark Provinces to support the Mark Benevolent Fund.

The walk in Barmouth proved to be an outstanding success with over 20 walkers and some 60 people in attendance at the Min y Mor Hotel to welcome home the walkers which included the PGM and his Deputy.

The total raised by this Province stands at a magnificent £7,390, with the national total breaking £400,000.

The Provincial Grand Master wishes to thank all those that took part either by walking or supporting the event on the day and also thanks go to those who sponsored the walkers.
