The Provincial Grand Master attended at Dyffryn Clwyd RAM Lodge on 25th February to Dedicate a new Lodge Banner.

The Banner Ceremony went extremely well under the direction of the Provincial DC the Banner Bearer was W. Bro. Roy Potter, ProvRAMGR.
