The inaugural North Wales Mark Master Mason Keystone Classic Golf Competition will be played at two golf courses in May and June 2026.
The competition is open to Mark Master Masons and guests and Freemasons from the Craft on invitation of a Mark Master Mason.
The Keystone Classic will be played at Mold Golf Club on Friday 22nd May and at Bull Bay Golf Club on Friday 26th June.
The cost of playing is the green fee of £35 and £45 retrospectively. The cost to members of playing at their own golf club will be that which is relevant to their individual membership. The competition scoring format will be Individual Stableford using a 98% handicap allowance; the highest handicap for entry is 28. Tee times will be from 10:50am, golfers are requested to arrive an hour before play.
A two-course meal will be served at the 19th hole for a cost of £20.
The Mark Master Mason with the overall winning score from the two days golf played, will be the first to be presented with The Keystone Classic Cup at their regular Mark Master Mason Lodge meeting. A prize will be awarded to the golfer with the winning score at Mold and at Bull Bay.
A raffle will be drawn at the 19th hole, with all proceeds being donated to the North Wales Mark Benevolent Fund.
Non golfers are encouraged to attend in support of the players, and to join in what is overall, a social event in the spirt of the Magic of the Mark.
You can book your place in the competition, as an individual or as a group, pay your dining fee and make a voluntary donation to the North Wales Mark Masonic Benevolent Fund here. Please email your name and lodge number together with that of your guests to stephen.bithell@squareandcompass.cymru stating handicaps and whether a golf buggy will be required. The cost of hiring a golf buggy is to be paid locally.
