Last night in Pwllheli saw a momentous occasion. At a meeting of Yr Eifl lodge No 927 — not only did they have their first Advancee for a few years, it also coincided with a full Provincial Team Visit.

Elffin Double Advancement

A first for Elffin Lodge No 321 on the 16th of February with a double Advancement.

An excellent evening, under the watchful eye of the Provincial Grand Master, saw Bro. Huw Phillips and Bro. Paul Thomas Advanced into the Mark Degree.

With another Advancee next month, including a full Provincial team visit, the future is bright for the Lodge.

New Deputy PGM and Provincial Grand Secretary

The Provincial Grand Master R.W.Bro. John Stanley Evans has announced that W.Bro. Philip Joseph Edwards will be stepping down from his position as Deputy Provincial Grand Master at our Provincial Grand Lodge in June.

District of Spain Grand Assembly

The District of Spain Grand Assembly takes place on the 2nd and 3rd of February at Hotel Gran Bali in Benidorm.

As has now become customary, a number of members of the Province of North Wales have flown out to attend.

Carol Service raises £200 for Radio Ysbyty Gwynedd

On the 7th of December, the Province held a Carol Service at the Bangor Masonic Hall, with proceeds going to Radio Ysbyty Gwynedd.

The event was well attended, and featured our very own Provincial Deputy Grand Secretary, W.Bro. Brian Sion Jones, as Soloist.

PGM visits Warwickshire

It was another very early start on the 18th of November for the P.G.M and the Provincial Grand Secretary as they headed to Fillongley, on the outskirts of Coventry, for the annual meeting of the Provincial Grand lodge of Mark Master Masons of Warwickshire.
