The PGM and the Deputy PGM travelled North on the 26th of June – Gateshead to be precise for the PGL of MMM of Durham.
A 15 hr day and a 500 mile round trip to share quality time amongst friends.

New Deputy PGM on his first Official Visit

They were under starters orders early this morning as the PGM and our new Deputy PGM, W.Bro. Colin Lemin, on his first Official Visit, galloped up the M6 to Carlisle racecourse for the PGL of Cumberland and Westmorland.

The annual Provincial Grand Lodge meeting of the Mark Masonic Province of North Wales was held at Rydal Penrhos School, Queen’s Drive, Colwyn Bay on the 15th of July 2024.

The Mark Grand Lodge meeting in London was held on the 11th of June 2024.

Congratulations go to W.Bro Wynford Davies who becomes Acting Assistant Grand Organist and to W.Bro John Eirwyn Thomas and W.Bro Roy Potter who receive first appointment to PAGDC.

Passing of R.W.Bro. John Henry Farrall

It is with much sadness that we must inform you of the passing to Higher Service on the morning of the 7th of June of R.W.Bro. John Henry Farrall, Past Provincial Grand Master of this Province.

R.W.Bro. Farrall was a much admired and respected Mark Master Mason.

We send our deepest condolences to his family at this sad time.

Following Tuesday’s visit to Newport, John and Phil moved to Cardiff on Wednesday for the PGL of Mark Master Masons of South Wales. A brilliant day in a magnificent temple followed by a wonderful Festive Board.

Team Visit to GLoIMMM

The last Provincial Team visit of the year took place on the 17th of May when they attended the Gwynedd Lodge of Installed Mark Master Masons (GLoIMMM) at the Masonic Hall in Bangor.

At the meeting, R.W.Bro Peter Talbot, PPGM, delivered a most interesting talk on Masonic attire, in particular aprons, collars and jewels.
