W.Bro. Iwan Hughes Jones was expertly Installed as Master of Snowdonia Lodge no 259 on the 15th of November 2023.

St Eilian Team Visit

The PGM accompanied by his Provincial Team visited St Eilian Lodge no 360 in Amlwch on the 8th of November.

The first part of the evening was dedicated to the Advancement of Bro. Graham Farrell, which was conducted in an excellent manner thanks to the hard work of all the Lodge Officers involved, and in particular the Worshipful Master, W.Bro. Arfon Morgan.

The Provincial Grand Master was then very pleased to present a 50th certificate to W.Bro. John Owens.

PGM Visits Bradford

On Saturday 28th of October our Provincial Grand Master accompanied by the Provincial Grand Secretary attended Bradford Grammar School to witness the installation of V.W.Bro. John Trevor Bolton P.G.J.O as the new PGM for the Province of West Yorkshire.

Idris RAM Installation

Brother Pat Butcher was installed into the Chair of Idris RAM Lodge 821 on Thursday the 12th of October at Barmouth Masonic hall by the outgoing Worshipful Commander, W.Bro. Gwynfor Owen.

Following the Installation meeting a Festive Board was held at the Min-y-Mor hotel where W.Bro. Pat Butcher was welcomed with a toast given by W.Bro. Alun Williams and congratulated by all the Brethren.

W.Bro. Roger Pritchard in Romania

In September, W.Bro. Roger Pritchard, P.Prov.G.S.O., a Past Master of Idris Lodge No 821, visited Romania to attend a meeting of the Freemasons Without Borders of Mark Master Masons Lodge 2031. Here is his report.

PGM visits Northumberland

The PGM accompanied by other members of the Executive kicked off the visiting season with a trip to the PGL of Northumberland held at Hexham.

A fine turnout as the masonic season gets well and truly up and running.

Idris RAM Elevation

Last night, Tuesday 19th, Idris R.A.M. lodge No 821 Elevated Bro Allan Jones.

In a ceremony conducted by Worshipful Commander Gwynfor Owen and his team, an excellent evening was had by all in attendance.

After a brief meeting of Eifl Lodge of Mark Master Masons the brethren retired to the Glyn Y Weddw hotel for a most convivial festive board.

Elffin Proclamation

An excellent evening at Elffin Lodge No 321 on Friday the 15th of September 2023 for the Proclamation of W.Bro Iwan Bowen Jones.

The lodge has been through a difficult few years but with 3 Advancees last year and another 3 this year it would appear that the future is looking brighter.
