The St Eilian Annual Summer BBQ took place at W. Bro. Roger Littlewood’s home on 25th August and was enjoyed by all.

Around 100 were in attendance and the proceeds for the day raised the magnificent sum of £1000. This will be divided equally between the Lodge, which is seeking to make a charity donation, and the Provincial Mark Centenary and Special Fund.

The usual quiz took place where the PGM and his team are certainly improving, though not enough to win the ‘bottle’.

Mrs Talbot again judged the cake decorating competition and lo and behold it was a draw again this year with all children being ‘winners’.

Thanks must go to Roger and his team of helpers which included his wife Anne.

Bro. Glyn Jones worked so hard at the BBQ and Roger managed to cook up a wonderful Paella.

A great day and a fantastic turnout.
